Tim: You have an idea. You have a passion around something. You have some capabilities. You want to bring it to market. You may have this great set of skills but that's not the same as understanding how to set up and run and focus an organization….The number of times I've walked into rooms and said “What are you trying to do here?” and then that's met with about 30 seconds to dead air, because they’re very focused on “What's the fire today? What do we need to be putting out today?”
